Jinx products are guaranteed against any defect in workmanship, materials and performance shortcomings, provided the product has not been subjected to faulty application, misuse or failed as a result of third party action.
Jinx respects your privacy. Being our customer, we assure you that we will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party.
Shipping and Returns Policy
All small shipments are shipped by post/courier and all volume shipments by road/sea.
Merchandise may be returned only with advanced approval.
There will be restocking charges on all returned items.
Custom toolings are not returnable, nor are discontinued items.
No merchandise may be returned after 6 months from the date of purchase.
Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must be prepaid.

This sales policy (“Sales policy”) applies to you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) when you purchase any products from Jinx Technologies (“Jinx”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the online store (the “Store”) available through the website www.jinxtechnologies.com (the “Site”). You and Jinx agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing all sales transactions between Customer and Jinx. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend this Sales Policy by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this Sales Policy and, therefore, will be null and void. In addition, this Sales Policy is subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to you. Therefore, please check this Sales Policy carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods through the Store.
You may purchase products through our Store as a non-subscribing Site user or you may create an account with our Site in order to personalize your purchases. You may purchase products that you wish to buy from Jinx by adding such products to your shopping bag available through the Store. You may search for products, and review, add to or remove products from your shopping bag by using the navigational tools available on the Site. Once you have finished browsing you may proceed to submit your order to check-out for purchase, or if you have a Site account, you may save the products in your shopping cart for purchase at a later time. After you have submitted your order and shipping selections, along with your billing and credit card information, you will receive an e-mail receipt from Jinx confirming your purchase. You may review and print receipts for orders that you have placed at any time within one (1) year from the date of your purchase, by logging in to your Site account and navigating to the "Order History" section of your account. Price, specifications and terms of offer contained on the Site are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Jinx reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
II. Payment Instruction
We offer three modes of payment for your purchase: Credit Card, Cheque and Telegraphic Transfer.
Credit Card Payment
You can make the payment via Credit Card. The denial of your credit card is not reflective of your credit worthiness. In cases where a valid card fails our system checks, we suggest that you try another credit card in the system.
You could also create a Paypal account. When creating an account, you can store your credit card information and delivery information that can be used for your next order.
Purchase orders will only be confirmed upon the clearance of the cheque by our bank. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "Jinx Technologies". Please write the order number(s), your name and contact number on the reverse of your cheque.
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
When you have chosen to pay for your purchase via telegraphic transfer, information on bank remittance will be displayed on the screen. Purchase Order will only be confirmed upon the receipt of the payment. Transfer time defers from bank to bank, and country to country. You will have to bear the T/T charges imposed by your bank. If there is any discrepancy in payment, we will contact you and purchase order will be put on hold until the discrepancy has been resolved.

III. Payment terms
An order placed through the Store is not binding upon Jinx until it is accepted; Jinx must confirm pre-authorisation of your credit card before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment of your order. Customers can make payments by credit card, or any method listed under the Payment Methods of this Sales Policy. You will receive an e-mail from Jinx confirming acceptance of your order and processing of your payment following your submission of your order in accordance with this Sales Policy.
IV. Order Cancellation
Customer may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed. If you have a Site account, you may cancel an order that is listed as "pending" in the "Order History" section of your account, but you may not cancel an order if the status is listed as "processing" or "shipped". Customer's credit card will not be charged if the order is cancelled prior to processing.
V. Shipping Charges
Total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the Jinx invoice. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If you have supplied us with an incorrect shipping address that result in your shipment being returned back to us, you will have to bear the return shipment charges imposed by the shipping provider.
VI. Delivery Time
Jinx will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as we can. Jinx will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
VII. Unable to Fulfill Order
If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order and we are not able to provide any work around, we shall refund the full payment you have made to us, which does not include fees and charges you may have paid to other parties, like banks for example.
